I skillfully integrate various modalities to meet my clients' specific needs including Swedish/Relaxation, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot Stone, Pre/Post Natal, Infant, Lymphatic Massage, Body/Facial Cupping therapies, and Energetic Therapies such as Reiki, Chakra Clearing/Balancing, and Crystal Grids. Additionally, I offer Hypno/Meditation and Sound Therapies, Yoga Therapy/Instruction, and Stretch Sessions. I am also very proud to be an Ordained Minister, Intuitive Empath, and Women's Circle Leader.

OptiMystic Oracle Wholistic Wellness, my home office where I offer massage services and a variety of energetic therapies. Here, you can experience Multiple Massage Modalities, Reiki, Chakra clearing/balancing, EIT, Crystal Grids, Hypno/Meditation, Spiritual Guidance, and Sound Therapy. Additionally, I provide intuitive services including Tarot and Mediumship readings.

Snoqualmie Ridge Chiropractic where I offer Massage Services, Private Yoga Instruction/Therapy and Personalized Stretch Sessions.

When booking online please check the Locations (listed as Staff ) for your convenience.   After your service request, you will receive an email with intake forms to complete. The day before your session you will receive a confirmation text with detailed location information, guiding you to the right care in the right environment.
